I'm unable to find my tickets. How can I have them resent to me?
You may have your ticket confirmation email resent to you by visiting the following link: https://www.tix123.com/tix123/resend.cfm
Will there be a free shuttle provided?
Shuttle services will be available throughout the show, running between the Mountain America Expo Center and the Nice Building Parking Structure at 75 W Towne Ridge Pkwy, Sandy, UT 84070.
Shuttle hours:
- Friday: 5:30 PM - 10:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM - 10:30 PM
- Sunday: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Please allow approximately 15 minutes for the shuttle to complete its loop.
Is there free valet parking during the show?
Enjoy free valet parking on Saturday, March 8! Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Valet services will be located in the southwest section of the parking lot at the Mountain America Expo Center.
Are wheelchairs available for rent?
Yes, wheelchairs can be rented from the Mountain America Expo Center Security Office (in the South Lobby.)
Where is the Show Office located?
The Show Office is located in meeting room Eagle 200A near the South entrance.
Where can I purchase discounted tickets?
Get a discount by purchasing your tickets online! Keep in mind, tickets are valid for single-day entry only. If you plan to visit on multiple days, you'll need to purchase a new ticket for each day.
Where can I pick up my will-call tickets or ask a question while at the show?
The Show Information & Will-Call Desk is located at the South entrance before you enter the show.
Where are restrooms located?
Restrooms are located at the South and North entrances of the facility, as well as along the back wall inside the show.
